The vented hood will have minimal benefits on cooling since it draws in air behind the radiator. You do not have an air cooled engine, so the increase flow of air in the engine compartment will be of little value. Also, the air it draws in must go somewhere. Since engine air intake is forward of the radiator, it will not be feeding the engine. Instead, it will need to flow over the engine and out the bottom of the engine compartment. This is probably the least aerodynamic path it can take and as a result, there will be increased drag.
